Common questions
I bought something but it's not in my game. Open the Garage, go to the Store tab and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off ads? Buy Remove Ads + Double Cells in the Store tab. Optional reward ads (like reviving after a crash) stay available if you want them.
My progress disappeared. Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app erases volts and cosmetics earned in play. Paid items come back with Restore purchases.
Privacy Policy
Hover Thrust Driver ("the game") is made by Jacob Manuel Rodriguez ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, including volts, best score, unlocked cars and cosmetics, and settings, is saved only on your device. We do not run our own servers, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the game only that a purchase was made, so the item can be unlocked.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and how you interact with ads.
- The game asks permission before allowing tracking. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, ads will not be personalized using your advertising identifier.
- You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
- Buying Remove Ads + Double Cells turns off ad breaks between runs.

Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your choices
- Turn off ad tracking in your iPhone's Tracking settings.
- Delete all data stored by the game by deleting the app.
- Contact us with any privacy question or request.
